G Coupler - Fits Bass Ale Keg Valves

G Coupler - Fits Bass Ale Keg Valves

This keg coupler not only works with Bass Ale, but fits all G system keg valves which includes Anchor, Boddingtons, Fuller?s, and Watneys brews. Safe, efficient and simple to operate, it meets all of your performance requirements.

Safe: A high-capacity pressure relief valve has been incorporated as an integral part of the coupler body. This serves two purposes: first, when functioning with other relief devices in the system, it will prevent a keg from reaching pressures in excess of recommended working pressure. Secondly, it allows the user to relieve pressure when needing to prevent or correct dispensing problems.

Efficient: Designed for maximum flow, it can be used for either single or series keg dispensing. Specially designed pressure inlet nipple eliminates the need for a coupling washer when used with standard NADS check valve. Flow of gas is controlled by lever handle; in up position pressure is off, when down it is on.

Simple: Locate coupler onto the keg valve and rotate clockwise until secure. Squeeze the lever handle and push down; this opens the keg valve and pressure inlet on the coupler. You are now ready to dispense.

The coupler can be quickly dismantled for cleaning and periodic service. No special tools required.

Beer Regulator - High Pressure, Single Gauge Regulator

Beer Regulator - High Pressure, Single Gauge Regulator

Because beverage dispensing systems may use hi-pressure CO2 gas as a pressure source, the equipment should be handled by experienced personnel.

Taprite has developed its series 740 safety regulators with the following features:

-The non-adjustable shut-down safety is built into the body of the regulator where it cannot be removed or easily circumvented. In event of a failure of the regulator seat this safety will respond instantly, isolating the product container from potentially dangerous high pressure.
-The product container pressure level will not exceed the factory set blow-off of 55 - 65 PSIG.
-The high pressure ports have left-hand female threads to prevent their use as a lo-pressure outlet… (If replacement parts are required, contact factory).
-The non-removable adjusting screw is designed so that when it is turned all the way in the maximum downstream delivery pressure will not exceed 50 PSIG.
-Internal relief valve opens whenever delivery pressure exceeds set pressure by 15 PSIG. This feature serves as a warning that the seat or diaphragm may be worn or damaged and should be replaced.
-Sintered metal flow control filter in the inlet nipple to prevent dirt and other particles from damaging internal regulator parts.
-Permanent Quad-Ring Seal on inlet nipple helps eliminate a source of leaks… no need to use a new fiber washer each time tank is changed.
-Outlet features NADS 1600C shutoff which eliminates a source of gas leaks. The ball-type check valve helps prevent product back-up into the regulator, a common cause of malfunction in the regulating and relief valve parts. Hose barb end designed for use with 5/16 I.D. pressure tubing.
-All regulators are pressure tested to assure in-field reliability.
-Seat assembly is easily replaceable in-field… no need to remove regulator from tank.

Each regulator comes with instructions for proper installation and use procedures

D Lo-Boy double handle (U.S. kegs) with standard male beer thread outlet

D Lo-Boy double handle (U.S. kegs) with standard male beer thread outlet

The One Tap Lo-Boy Compact Design

Should be used in those applications where kegs cannot be tapped or untapped inside the box with standard taps, due to lack of sufficient top clearance.

  • Automatic pressure shut-off prevents loss of gas when barrel is untapped.
  • Double handle design permits one-motion tapping.
  • The built-in safety is factory set at 55 - 65 PSIG to protect against accidental over-pressurization.
  • Pressure inlet has a check valve and is designed for use with 5/16 I.D. tubing.
  • Probe automatically retracts when keg is untapped.

Single Gauge CO2 Beer Regulator

Single Gauge CO2 Beer Regulator

The Single Gauge C02 Regulator can be used on any C02 cylinder with a CGA-320 valve. This Single Gauge Regulator measures PSI (Pounds Per Square Inch). The single gauge C02 regulator has a forged brass body and the non-removable adjusting screw is designed and tested not to exceed 50 PSIG, even when turned all the way in the maximum downstream delivery. It even features a non-adjustable safety blow off at 55-65 PSI.

In addition a sintered metal flow control filter in the inlet hosebarb prevents dirt and other particles from damaging internal regulator parts. And a Permanent Quad Ring Seal on inlet hosebarb makes it no longer necessary to keep up with those fickle fiber washers each time you refill your C02 cylinder and helps eliminate a source of leaks. Each regulator comes with instructions for proper installation and use procedures.

Double Gauge CO2 Regulator

Double Gauge CO2 Regulator

This Dual Gauge Beer Regulator can be used on any CO2 cylinder with a CGA-320 valve. This Dual Gauge Regulator measures PSI (Pounds Per Square Inch), as well as the volume of CO2 in your cylinder. Single gauge regulators only tell you how much pressure is being exerted. With the 742 Dual Gauge Beer Regulator you will know the PSI and exactly how much gas is left in your cylinder, so no more empty cylinders during the big game.

Its forged brass body and non-removable CO2 pressure adjustment screw is tested to never exceed 50 PSIG. Even when turned all the way up! This Double Gauge C02 Regulator also contains a metal flow control filter to prevent dirt and other particles from damaging internal regulator parts and upsetting your beer. If that is not enough, a permanent Quad Ring Seal makes it no longer necessary to keep up with those fickle fiber washers each time you refill your C02 cylinder, while eliminating a common source of leaks. Each regulator comes with instructions for proper installation and usage procedures
